1. Assistants

Whenever customers utilize our platform to create their AI-powered helpers, we faithfully preserve the configuration details, scripts, and any training resources or templates leveraged to build the assistant's conversational skills. This cache may encompass sample dialogues, knowledge base content, interactive flows, and specifications of the underlying AI models. The assistant's data remains accessible for the duration that the customer elects to host their creation on our platform.

2. Calls:

To provide the voice AI service, we process call audio in real-time to: Convert speech to text using advanced speech recognition, Apply natural language, and processing to understand the context and intent, Generate relevant and personalized responses

The call data we collect includes:

  • Call parties: Information like phone numbers, IP addresses, or user IDs of the participants
  • Call metadata: Details such as timestamp of call initiation and termination, total duration, and connection status (e.g. successful, busy, failed)
  • Call media: Audio recordings of the conversations, if the customer has enabled this feature
  • Call transcripts: Text-based documentation of the spoken dialogue
  • Call logs: Comprehensive histories tracking the flow of the conversation, the AI-produced responses, and the overall outcomes

In alignment with applicable data privacy regulations, we may retain the call recordings, transcripts and logs to continuously improve and fine-tune our AI models. The specific retention periods are determined by the customer's configuration settings, and we promptly delete this data upon receiving the customer's request.

3. Credentials

At Precall AI, we prioritize the secure storage of necessary credentials, such as API keys, access tokens, and webhook URLs, which enable our voice AI functionality. These sensitive credentials are encrypted and accessible only to the Precall AI systems that require them to operate the service on our customers' behalf. When a customer no longer needs these credentials or requests their removal, we promptly delete them.

4. Phone Numbers

To deliver robust inbound and outbound calling capabilities, Precall AI provisions and maintains phone numbers assigned to our customers. This includes storing phone number metadata, such as the number itself, type (local, toll-free, short code), provider, region, and the specific customer or assistant to whom the number is assigned.

Other Data

As you utilize our exceptional services, we may also gather additional valuable information about you. This may include details about your gender, age, date of birth, birthplace, passport particulars, citizenship status, residential registration and current address, telephone contacts (both professional and personal), documents about your education, qualifications, professional training, employment agreements, confidentiality accords, data on bonuses and compensation, information about your marital status, family members, social security (or alternative taxpayer identification) number, office location, and various other pertinent details.

Furthermore, we may also securely store the customer contact numbers employed for two-factor authentication, billing communications, or support purposes, in full compliance with applicable regulations such as the GDPR.
